"René Décartes was a druken olde..."

Though I'm in the midst of review Plato's "Crito", and "Phaedo" - with an eye towards better absorbing Socrates' conception of the immortality of the psyche - I seem to have gotten distracted by Déscartes' dialogues; mainly because it's a bit easier to carry-about in a pocket than my thick compilation of the former's works.

In addition to those two, I also have to get around to finishing Heidegger and Polanyi, and wading through Rousseau's "social contract" treatise - and those are just the books that I currently own. In addition, I'd like to aquire copies of some of the manuscripts produced by Jewish and Islamic neo-Platonists and Aristotelians during the medieval era, as well as a copy of the Buddhist Pali Canon and derived exgenical works.

Also, I need to eat more ice-cream. (There!, now there's at least one sentance in all of this that everyone can wrap their heads around; the comments will now certainly come rolling-in!) :-)
