So you're too good to eat a dead animal?

New staple recipe for vegetarian and lactose-intolerant friends:

Coconut-milk Rice
Coconut milk, 1 can (~500ml)
Rice, 125ml
Fruit, vegetables or spices

Boil coconut milk on a hot plate in a covered pot. When things come to a head, turn down heat to minimal setting and add rice. Replace the cover, and allow the rice to sit, simmer, and absorb the milk (could take a while, depending on the rice used). For taste, add fruit, vegetables or spices as desired. I personally prefer to add raisins or chunked pineapple.

if you ever want a variation, it's also fun to add a dollop of curry paste and do the rice separately. mmmm mmmmm!

Curry paste? Too rich for my wallet; I think that I lack your disposable income, all of which is definitely saying something. :-D
