Zotero and Jazz

Quite recently, one of my undergraduate teachers, Concordia's Prof. Poirier, turned me on to a handy Firefox extension by the name of Zotero, which I've been using to type-up and organize the many notes and cue-cards which I've gathered over the last year. I've finished typing-up my presentation notes on Kojeve v. Plato, and now of Toynbee's A Study of History, which only leaves all of my notes on Arendt's The Human Condition and Aristotle's Organon (with regards to the Four Causes).

In other news, I need to find a better way to get in touch with J.S (whom I've been playing phone and Facebook tag with for about a month), and the Thirtieth Annual Montreal Jazz Fest has started -- the Dove and I saw Mike Goudreau (blues) perform last night before meeting up with her friends for a jaunt to the St-Elizabeth pub. We also attended Stevie Wonder's free, outdoor concert the previous night with V.B, her boyfriend, and a friend of hers. We'd originally had K.L, D.T, and some others with us, but they were swept away with the crowd, and the rest of us settled into a prime location only a third of a kilometer away from the stage. It was a good night: while it might have been raining, nobody was struck by lightning, and no one was overcome by second-hand marijuana smoke!
